Course Description

Your course. Your timeline. Your way. GET CREDIT FOR THE WORK YOU ARE ALREADY DOING! This course is designed for the busy teacher in mind! It is meant to be meaningful, convenient, and practical. This graduate-level course empowers educators to take control of their professional development regardless of subject area or educational setting by offering a flexible, self-paced learning experience. Participants will explore various aspects of teaching, reflecting on their unique needs and goals to design a personalized development plan. Through a blend of readings, activities, and reflections, teachers will enhance their instructional strategies, classroom management, and overall effectiveness. The coursework is meant to be meaningful, convenient, and practical, so credit can be earned for projects you are currently working on – or even projects you have already completed.
