Quick Reference Guide

Step 1: Register for your course with Connected Classroom(to include payment made to the Provider).

Step 2: Complete the online registration with CSU-Pueblo at https://csupueblo-extendedstudies.formstack.com/forms/tep_other 

Provider is: THE CONNECTED CLASSROOM (look in "T" alpha section)

 Once you submit, you will receive an email from CSU confirming your registration. There will be a registration number in this email, and it may be helpful to document it. You need only register ONCE per course you’re taking. Check your SPAM for your PID that CSU emails. It is our experience most of the time, teachers find this communication in their SPAM or OTHER folders. 

Step 3: Following your online registration, you can expect a follow-up email that will provide you with your PID number. You can expect this email approximately 7-10 days later. Keeping record of your PID number is encouraged. If you do not receive this contact the Extended studies office at CSU-Pueblo. 

It does take 24 hours after activation to view unofficial transcripts, etc.

Step 4: A notification will NOT be sent out when your grade is transcribed, rather, you can periodically check your unofficial transcripts on your Student PAWS account to see when the grade is posted.

Step 5: To log in to your PAWS account, please see the instructions provided in the email you received with your PID number.

Step 6: Official Transcripts can also be ordered through your Student PAWS account.

NETID ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

You MUST activate your NetID to access the CSU Pueblo Student Portal called PAWS. Activations take a few simple steps and should be done at your earliest convenience. Let’s walk through the steps.

• Use this link to load the activation website:

  • https://eid.colostate.edu/csusystem/activate.aspx?csuid=Banner%20ID 

•  If the fields do not populate, please use this information:

  • CSU ID: $CM_Banner_ID$

  • Email: $CSUP_CPAD_EMAIL_ADDRESS$

• Checkmark ‘I’m not a robot’ and click ‘Send’.

• Login to your email (listed above) and click the link in the email you receive. (Check your spam folder if you cannot find the link.)

• Follow the steps to set up your recovery email and NetID password.

• Use your NetID as your login name and the new password. The password is valid for one year after activation, and you can restore account access using the email address you set for recovery.

PAWS ACCOUNT ACCESS 

Go to https://paws.aisweb.csupueblo.edu/login

You should get a login option and then you can login with your NetID (preferred)
