This course empowers athletic coaches to take ownership of their professional development by guiding them through a strategic and personalized planning process. Coaches will explore how to align their growth goals with team development, seasonal benchmarks, and athlete outcomes. The course emphasizes self-assessment, collaborative team planning, effective summer programming, and comprehensive season preparation. Participants will leave with a clear and actionable plan to elevate both their coaching and their team’s performance. Ideal for all levels of coaches, athletic directors, and coaching staff leads seeking to enhance their impact through intentional, individualized professional growth.
