**THIS IS A NEW AND UPDATED COURSE with NEW CODES so if you took Remote Teaching in 2020 you can take this awesome follow-up course for additional credit!

Catalog Description: What is our “new” normal? This course will serve as a playbook for tips, tricks, and proven strategies from John Hattie, Douglas Fisher, Nancy Frey and more. Practical, easy-to-use examples of how to start and end a class, provide the social-emotional support needed, and establish norms and a classroom routine. This course will also serve to provide support to all teachers. We can get so busy and overwhelmed by new technology and the details of distance learning that we sometimes lose sight of student learning and effective teaching is still the basis of an effective digital learning framework.
